My last drawing for a few weeks. I had worked on this on and off most of this week. I have been distracted as we are going on vacation for 3 weeks. I was determined to finish this but I wasn't happy with it. Seemed like I had been colouring in. There was no heart! So I put on some music. I started off tentatively, not sure where I was going. Then I grab the white and went with the flow. I think it turned out OK #poscamarkers #sharpie #carandachefancolor #salt

I enjoyed doing this and I was influenced a teeny bit by my mediation with @TRIPPXR in the morning. I think I might try to do one as a painting next I have all that paint to use! But I want to move beyond the neurographic art bit as I don't really understand it and I don't want to claim to be doing something when I haven't studied it enough. My latest neurographic sketch. I have looked further into this practice on #youtube and found it has a lot of rules or algorithms which seems odd for something that apparently has art therapy uses. It's not stopping my enjoyment of this but I will be ignoring the rules! I quite like the idea of letting the hand/mind wander as you meditate and then choosing colours that resonate with you. I think the daily meditation is beginning to sink into my noddle, but I still have a way to go! #tombowdualbrushpens #neurographicart #uniballsigno #sketchbook Tomorrow I will upload pictures of the #sashiko squares I am doing.
