Thought I would post some pictures of my work that is currently on my wall. Busy doing wedding stuff so not really doing anything creative. If we move back to the UK, I have idea what to do with all this work. In between the koozies I am redoing my website. Normal service will return after 9th Oct. #oldartwork #myartwork

I am going to do a class on the @westaleedesign university. The instructor is using a pre-printed quilt and you go pattern by @junetailorinc As this a practice piece I picked up some fat quarters from@walmart. Now I have done half the placemats, it's time to start the ruler work. #westaleetemplates #jakartaqayg #junetailorplacemat #fatquarter @inshot.app

I have managed to make 12 so far 🤪 Slow going but have plenty of time and a labour of 💕. Using an app new to m #inShot Looked daunting at 1st but quickly got the hang of it. #htvvinyl #weddingkoozies #brotherscanncut

This sample block was extremely frustrating and took way too long. I was using some scrap batting, my needle kept getting caught up. My square was too small (again)! I would stray from the template. Beginning to think I am mad to try doing a large quilt with rulers. Oh well, I am committed now #sample #quilting #westaleetemplates

This is finished (for now). I might go back into it with some more beading and I will be adding more french knots but in essence it's finished. I included the reference photo I used as inspiration, one of my favourite places,the Fife coast in Scotland. #westaleetemplates #beads #emboidery #foil #artquilt
